Refund Policy:
1. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are applicable for cancellations made within the permitted time frame as per the cancellation policy.
- In the case of partial cancellations, refunds will be processed for the remaining balance after deducting applicable charges.
- No refund will be provided for non-refundable bookings or special discounted rates unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.
2. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed through bank transfers only.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 working days of the cancellation approval. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
- For international payments, refund amounts may vary slightly due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
3. Non-Refundable Services:
- Additional services such as transfers, meals, and activities booked in advance are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
4. Force Majeure:
- In the event of natural calamities or unforeseen events (Force Majeure), guests may be entitled to a credit for future bookings, depending on the situation.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 5-10 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the check-in date will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.
2. No-Show Policy:
- In case of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be applicable.
3. Early Departure:
- Guests departing earlier than the reserved check-out date will not be entitled to any refund for the remaining stay.
4. Special Offers & Promotions:
- Bookings made under special promotions, advance purchase rates, or non-refundable offers cannot be cancelled or modified. The full amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.
5. Group Cancellations:
- For group bookings (5 rooms or more), cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days will incur specific group cancellation charges as outlined in the group booking terms.
6. Changes to Booking:
- Any modification to the booking must be requested at least 7 days prior to the arrival date and is subject to availability. Changes may incur additional charges.
